The rear-wheel-drive Premium delivers 230 kW and 360 Nm for smooth, responsive everyday performance, while the dual-motor Performance increases output to 390 kW and 670 Nm. With all-wheel-drive traction and acceleration from 0–100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, the Performance transforms the SEAL into a genuinely rapid electric sports sedan.
A double-wishbone front suspension and multi-link rear arrangement balance precise handling with everyday ride comfort. The Performance derivative adds Frequency Selective Damping and Intelligent Torque Adaption Control, intelligently distributing drive torque to improve traction, stability and driver confidence.

PREMIUM COMFORT

A cabin designed around the drive

A 2,920 mm wheelbase creates a spacious five-seat interior with generous passenger room and a distinctly premium atmosphere. Heated and ventilated front seats, a panoramic glass roof, configurable ambient lighting and a 12-speaker Dynaudio sound system bring comfort and occasion to every journey, while 400 litres of rear luggage capacity and a 50-litre front compartment provide useful everyday practicality.

Connected, focused and intuitive

A 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen works alongside a 10.25-inch digital instrument display and intelligent head-up display to present information clearly without overwhelming the driver. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, intelligent voice control, satellite navigation and two wireless phone chargers keep essential technology close at hand.

Fast charging, greater freedom

The SEAL supports 11 kW AC charging and up to 150 kW DC fast charging, allowing the battery to charge from 30% to 80% in approximately 26 minutes under suitable conditions. Vehicle-to-Load functionality also allows the Blade Battery to supply power to compatible appliances and equipment when away from a conventional power source.

Awareness from every angle

The BYD SEAL combines comprehensive airbag protection with intelligent systems designed to help the driver recognise and respond to changing road conditions. Adaptive cruise control, intelligent cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot detection and lane-support technology provide assistance across urban traffic and open-road driving.
A 360-degree panoramic camera works with front and rear parking sensors to improve visibility when manoeuvring. Front and rear cross-traffic assistance, door-opening warning, traffic-sign recognition, intelligent speed-limit control and high-beam assistance provide additional awareness throughout the journey.
